A new hotel may be coming to Westside Boulevard in Osceola’s Four Corners area.
Elevare Developments, an Orlando firm led by Kapil Nanda, is proposing a multi-story extended stay hotel with a detached restaurant on a 4.79-acre vacant lot south of the intersection of Funie Steed Road and Westside Boulevard. Nanda founded Elevare Capital, which invests in and develops real estate projects ranging from apartments to medical offices. Elevare purchased the site about a year ago for $1.5 million.
Plans for the 5-acre parcel, done by Scheer Engineering, show a 70-room hotel with a pool, a detached, 3,500-square-foot restaurant, and 158 parking spaces.

At an Osceola County Community Development pre-application meeting on Tuesday, Landon Scheer, principal at Scheer Engineering, told county staff that the owners are considering a bar/restaurant. However, no tenant has been set yet, he said.
“They were talking about potentially it being one of those breweries that has a taproom and you can sit down and enjoy the atmosphere or a pub or some sort of bar/restaurant combo,” Scheer said.
The hotel would have 50 suites and 20 standard guest rooms. A single hotel entrance is planned for Westside Boulevard. The pool would be located at the rear of the property, giving guests a view of the surrounding wetlands, Scheer said.
If approved, the hotel would sit less than 10 miles southwest of Disney’s Animal Kingdom in the Osceola County portion of the Four Corners area. This stretch of Westside Boulevard is home to multiple resort communities like Windsor at Westside, Solara Resort, Eden Garden and ChampionsGate. The area has also recently attracted build-to-rent communities.
