The newly renovated global headquarters for timeshare company Travel + Leisure Co. was recognized as the Deal of the Year at the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, or CFCAR, Hallmark Awards on Wednesday.

With development led by Orlando-based Interstruct Design + Build, who served as general contractor on the project, the new Travel + Leisure Co. headquarters opened in January.

Working to restore an existing five-story building located at 501 W. Church Street, Interstruct helped deliver the $22 million renovation in just seven months.

Previously operating from the Sea Harbor Office Center across from SeaWorld near International Drive, Travel + Leisure’s new headquarters brought 900 employees to the city’s downtown core and represents $36 million in capital investment as part of a public-private partnership.

Interstruct collaborated with the City of Orlando, Orlando Economic Partnership, FloridaCommerce, CBRE, commercial furniture partner CI Group, property owner Piedmont Office Realty Trust, design firm ASD⏐SKY, and the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency to build out the renovated headquarters.

Amenities within the new hybrid-friendly Travel + Leisure headquarters include a 2,300-square-foot fitness center, an on-site health clinic and wellness rooms on each floor. Travel + Leisure associates also enjoy a café, smart water cooler stations on each floor and complimentary parking downtown, among other perks.

Introduced for the first time during last year’s awards ceremony, CFCAR again handed out Innovation Awards to celebrate projects that push the boundaries of creativity, sustainability, and impact. The winners all came from the Orlando area:

  • Alakai Capital for its adaptive reuse of the historic Lamp & Shade Fair into Lamp & Shade Craft Kitchen and Cocktails eatery in the Mills 50 district
  • Atrium Development Group for its work in developing the 27-unit Milk Stacks boutique apartment building in the Milk District
  • Interstruct Design + Build for adaptive reuse of a 74-year-old warehouse, turning it into the company’s new headquarters in Parramore

The association also honored four recipients with the 2026 Legacy Award for their lasting impact on the CRE industry. The recipients are Mark Allen, Commercial Real Estate Professionals, Inc; Rick Orr, TotalCommercial.com; Soozi Jones Walker, President and Broker at Commercial Executives Real Estate Services; and Marion Skilling.

Charlie Brenner, David Brenner and Ben Brenner of CBrenner Inc., representing three generations who all achieved CCIM designations, took home the Generational Excellence Award.

Paul P. Partyka, partner and founder of The Partyka Group at NAI Realvest — and former mayor of the City of Winter Springs in Seminole County — received the Wilbur Strickland Lifetime Achievement Award.
